ABSTRACT

Virtual electronic voting system is a virtual voting technique. In this system people who have citizenship of INDIA and whose age is above 18 years any sex can give his\her vote virtually without going to any polling both. There is maintained by the ELECTION COMMISION OF INDIA. In VIRTUAL ELECTRONIC VOTING SYSTEM a voter can use his/her voting right virtually without any difficulty. She/he has to fill a registration form to register him/her. During the election candidate view is provided to voter on ballot page, accordingly voters cast their vote to desired candidate. Inspector controls the control unit. At the end winner is declared. In virtual electronic voting mechanism voter receives ballot box. Added voter can voter to the desired candidate, following that information is saved in the database. Database connectivity play an important role in virtual electronic voting machine voting machine. Voters as well as candidates are added and their information such name, address, D.O.B, party, city, state are saved in the data base. The numbers of voters can be lemmatized in virtual electronic voting system process; candidate might be for one constitutional area. At the moment of voting, information is matched is matched by the polling officer. If the match is successfully done, then voter is allowed to submit the voter, otherwise he/she is rejected. So in this way voting process take place in virtual electronic voting machine.
