Topic: T'ai Chi Chih; Herbal Medicine

Please join us Thursday, August 9, 2012 from 3:00 5:00 pm to visit with holistic nurses of New Mexico. Kayla Rosen RN, our August Wisdom Maker, will present Beverly McFarland, who will talk to us about T'ai Chi Chih, a modern t'ai chi practice, and teach us a few moves from the practice. Beverly learned from the founder of the T'ai Chih Chih organization, Justin Stone, who has recently passed away. Beverly is also an herbalist and will talk about herbal medicine and how to find it in our own backyard.
