ME: Overall I enjoyed the article learning some new information and renewing other information.

In the beginning Straubs talked about getting through it. Sometimes we tend to rush through our work because of a deadline or other time constraints. But what we must realize is in order to put forward our best work we must set aside minimum time daily to complete such task. In the goals section he says to make a check list I enjoyed that advice because I have to make mental notes and notes on paper for everything I do. Behind the scene: Each section clearly discussed the questions we must reflect on with the assignment of the paper, the aims of the writer, work of class, and stage of drafting. Sounds: Straubs says as an editor doesnt overdo it youre a reader also a helper. I agree in the past sometimes when we have peer editing my peers can overdue what the professor is asking. Finally he states to have two minds when reading I took that as to be opened and not just think what you would have said or writer, and that it is okay to be specific and get to the point youre trying to help with.
Response:

I agree he helped remind me of how editing a paper is more so help and important to take it step by step. Your last statement of when helping review someons work how its important to make it seem I guess friendlier than well you should fix this and this sucks. When "helping" or editing a paper we should consider the tone we want others to give to us.
