MOUNT ALLISON STUDENTS UNION DONATES $2,000 TO SACKVILLE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL FOUNDATION Sackville, NB The Mount Allison Students Union has contributed $2,000 towards the Sackville Memorial Hospital Foundations The More We See, The More We Can Help campaign. The campaign, which has a goal of $100,000, goes towards the purchase of a new portable ultrasound system, a special bathtub that enhances senior patients comfort and safety, and two additional hospital beds. Mount Allison students recognize the important role the hospital plays in our community and we are proud to show our support for this important campaign, says Pat Joyce, President of the Mount Allison Students Union. We strive to foster a strong relationship between Mount Allison students and the town of Sackville and are committed to giving back to the community that gives us so much as students. The Sackville Memorial Hospital Foundation currently has $98,000 raised towards the campaign. The $2,000 donation from the Mount Allison Students Union will help the Foundation reach its campaign goal of $100,000. The Mount Allison Students Union represents all full- and part-time undergraduate and graduate students at Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick.
