Burnt Sites Re-Habilitation Process Description / Working Assumptions 1.

Based on NOC escalation or through its own initiative, NOQ will direct NOSS/MS to visit the burnt
site to assess damage and prepare BOQ of burnt material and forward it to NOQ 2. NOQ will try arranging temporary site restoration, if feasible thru operations (MS/NOSS).

3. NOQ will initiate the Insurance process of the site and forward Statement of Loss to Finance for
further process. NOSS-SIA team will provide the required documents (Name of Documents/Format to be provided..??) to Finance directly. 4. NOQ will ensure Insurance survey of site within 03 days of incident depending on the Security situation of the site location. 5. NOQ shall coordinate with RF whether burnt site is required to be put on air again. This process shall start concurrently with step 1. 6. NOQ to coordinate with RF/RAN Projects whether the site could be shared or the existing site should be rehabilitated to get it on AIR again

7. On RF go-ahead, NOQ will ask RAN Project to identify suitable vendor and arrange for quotations
for supply of services through Warid Procurement.

RAN shall assign a PM for monitoring of E2E work of site restoration.

NOQ shall prepare CEO approval note for restoration of damage site after receipt of the finalized quote from Project, if the site is high priority and needs to be on-air before receiving Insurance claim. Preparation of approval note and submission thereof shall be completed by NOQ within 2 days of RF go ahead

On sanction of approval note, NOQ shall request Projects for issuance of New Required Restoration Material on loan provided the same is available in Project stock. If required, such material shall be returned by NOQ to Projects after insurance claim is honored.

If material is not available in Projects stock, then same shall be arranged inline with Warid Procurement and Financial guidelines. 12. Project shall be end to end responsible for the site re-installation through its own vendors & will manage works related to CME & RAN for successful re-installation and on airing of site. 13. The Site would be handed over to NOSS/MS Ericsson for routine Operational maintenance activities.
