Golden Math Tricks

1)Square a 2 Digit Number Ending with 5 :Take example we will use 65

Take the "tens" part of the number (the 6 and add 1)=7 Multiply the original "tens" part of the number by the new number (6x7) Take the result (6x7=42) and put 25 behind it. Result the answer 4225. Or we can say always 2 digit no is X5 then first Y=[X(X+1)] and put 25 behind Y.

Take more examples:

75 = 7x8=56 ... put 25 behind then it is 5625. 25 = 2x3=6 ... put 25 behind it ... is 625.

Practice it on paper you will learn more .!!!

2)Multiplication with 11Rule :To multiply any two digit number by 11:

Take example we will use 21. Separate the two digits in your mind (2__1). Notice the hole between them! Add the 2 and the 1 together (2+1=3) Put the 3 in the hole 231. So, 11 x 21=231

The only thing tricky to remember is that if the result of the addition is greater than 9, you only put the "ones" digit in the hole and carry the "tens" digit from the addition. For example 11 x 97 ... 9__7 ... 9+7=16 ... put the 6 in the hole and add the 1 from the 16 to the 9 in to get 10 for a result of 1067 ... 11 x 97 = 1067 Practice it on paper you will learn more .!!
