If round, see Table 1 i. Measure the outer rim of the eyecup and see which outside diameter has the closest measurement. Make sure that the eyecushions outside diameter is greater than that of the eyecups diameter. ii. If youve arrived to extra small round or small round, measure the inner diameter of the eyecup and determine whether the value is closer to 32 mm (1.3 inches) or 40 mm (1.6 inches). If oval, see Table 2 i. Measure the length and width of the eyecup. Ensure that your ruler passes through the centre of the lens. ii. Start with looking for the closest length value. Eyecushions length needs to be longer than that of the eyecup. Next, ensure that the eyecushions width is wider than that of the eyecup too. Table 1.
