    B. Terms and conditions: L Warranty: To be mentioned for compressor, spare parts & service. 2. Extra Installation Charge: Over 20 feet piping cost for split type is to be mentioned per rft. 3. Delivery: From ready stock 4. Offer validity: 1 Month from the date of submission / to be mentioned. 5. Place of Delivery & lnstallation: As mentioned above.

    6. Payment terms: Payment will be made after satisfactory delivery and received by the authority of BRAC and a notation on the Delivery Challan by the recipient (with name,
    Designation, & date) that the item has been supplied as per specification. BRAC Accounts Department will transfer the amount to your companyi farm's A/C in any scheduled Bank in Bangladesh. You must write the A/C Name and number with Bank Name and Branch on your
    offer.

    7 BRAC

    VAT will be deducted at source from the bill as per Govt. rules. right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
