Fear Not

Fear - dread, alarm, unpleasant emotion, caused by coming evil or danger "Fear not" appeared 63x in KJV I. Because of God's Presence "I am with thee A. An indwelling presence John 14:17, 2Cor. 6:16 B. An abiding presence Matt28:20, Ps.23:4 Heb.13:5 I will NEVER leave thee, nor forsake thee. II. Because I am God's possession I Cor 6:19-20 "bought" I Peter 1:18-19 Redeemed - ransom (to obtain release by paying the demanded price) III. Because of Gods Promise I will strengthen thee 2 Cor 12:9-10 Jesus promise at the weakness of Paul Ps.18:2, 32 David recognized God as his strength 74x in the book of psalms

Conclusion: God is the only cure to fear. Knowing that He is with us because he owns us and that His promise if for us and promised to help and protect us, is more than enough to have the courage in facing the uncertain future with courage.
