HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

This project is developed mainly to administrate doctor's appointment with the patients. Our project Hospital Management system includes registration of patients, storing their details into the system, and also computerized billing in the pharmacy, and labs. The existing system is computerized, but retrival of data becomes complex. So we proposed an idea of providing ID to each patients and doctors to maintain the basic information about them. Our application has the facility to give a unique id for every patient and store their details and the staff automatically. It includes a search facility to know the current status of each room. User can search availability of a doctor and the details of a patient using the id. ID is used for tracking of medical records of the patient for that particular Out Patients Department (OPD) visitor In Patients Department (IPD) admission. All the medical record of the patient are identified and flexible search in terms of finding patient's History Record using Patient ID. The HMS can be entered using a username and password. It is accessible either by an administrator or receptionist. Only they can add data into the database. The data can be retrieved easily. The interface is very user-friendly. The data are well protected for personal use and makes the data processing very fast.
