    The courthouse campus has been declared a tobacco-free zone. For your convenience, on the reverse side is a map that shows the designated smoking areas located around the campus. The designated smoking areas comply with Washington State law (RCW 70.160.075) that prohibits smoking within 25-feet of a public place or places of employment. For more information about RCW 70.160 Smoking in Public Places (formerly known as the Washington Clean Indoor Air Act), go to www.wa.gov. The Spokane Regional Health District is responsible for enforcing smoking restrictions. For more information about Tobacco Prevention and Control, go to www.srhd.org or call (509) 324-1504.
