    Cooking like crazy before Rosh Hashanah? Why not make another kugel or round raisin challah for a family in need? This program will be a coordinated effort to put together meals for families in need during the Yomim Noraim season.

    Pick some apples for the season at Jonny Appleseed farm in Ellington, CT. This event is in collaboration with Beth David Synagogue, Solomon Schechter Day School and the Sigel Hebrew Academy. Following our trip to the farm we will proceed to South Park Inn to donate half of our collected apples and to learn more about the social services they provide. Their mission is to assist homeless people to improve their life situation by providing temporary and long-term and supportive services.
