Randolph J. Wolfe is the attorney responsible for this event, the managing partner of Foley's Tampa office, and a member of the firm's Taxation, Estates & Trusts, and International Practices. He has more than 23 years of experience in corporate, estate planning, international, and taxation matters. Mr. Wolfe earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1989 and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1989. Scott L. Klug, a public affairs director in Foley's Madison office and a member of the Government & Public Policy Practice and Sports Industry Team, has more than 25 years of experience in health care, insurance, financial services, energy policy, telecommunications, and media strategy. Mr. Klug has an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and a masters in journalism from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism. He is not an attorney nor a member of The Florida Bar. Ladonna Y. Lee is a strategic communications counselor in Foley's Washington, D.C. office, vice chair of the Government & Public Policy Practice, chair of the firm's Women's Network, and a member of the Real Estate Practice and the Sports, Food, Insurance, Senior Living, Energy, and Health Care Industry Teams. She has more than 35 years of experience in politics, corporations, associations, and coalitions in the areas of strategic planning and communications. Cleta Mitchell, a partner in Foley's Washington, D.C. office and a member of the Political Law Practice, has more than 30 years of experience in law, politics, and public policy. Ms. Mitchell earned her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in 1975 and is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Oklahoma, and before the U.S. Supreme Court and federal district and appellate courts. She is not a member of The Florida Bar. David T. Ralston, Jr., a partner in Foley's Washington, D.C. office and co-chair of the Government & Public Policy Practice, focuses his practice on government contract litigation and counseling; rail and air transportation; and national and homeland security. Mr. Ralston earned his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1979 and is admitted to the District of Columbia, Virginia, and New York bars. He is not a member of The Florida Bar. Fred S. Ridley, a partner in Foley's Tampa office and national chair of the Real Estate Practice, co-chair of the Hospitality, Resort & Golf Industry Team, and a member of the Food and Sports Industry Teams, has more than 34 years of experience in high-end, single-family, and multifamily real estate projects and waterfront developments. Mr. Ridley earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 1977 and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1978.
