    Scope: Place: Pune; Segment: IT/ITes; Count of Companies: 60 Deliverables: Survey Analysis & Benchmarking Report. These reports will have
    following details: 1. Current practices/trends in the industry for IT/ITes companies 2. Opportunities for Engage4more

    Approach : (Roadmap)
    1. Company Contact Information: Listing IT/ITeS Companies having more than 500 employees and 1000+ cr revenue Collecting contact information of company HR and collating the data 2. Design Questionnaire and review of the same 3. Collecting company data: Sending mail to respective HRs requesting for interview as per the template Schedule interview meetings for in person/ telephone 4. 2 people per team (1 HR, 1 Marketing) will visit the companies 5. Collating & preparing analysed report of the data
