Working Principle: When the information in Text format is entered into the Text Editor. It will be converted into Speech and Broadcast by FM transmitter. Synopsis: Abstract: In our project we have developed one Application that can be used for information broadcasting for small organization. For this we have used JAVA platform for self developed Text to Speech converter, media player and FM transmitter for data transmission. Project description: In this Application we have developed one software for converting text to speech and one FM transmitter to broadcast this speech.. The current transmission range is 1km and it can be extended up to 3km by using Amplifier. And this application can be used for entertainment. This Application also able to broadcast live audio seminars. Future Scope: It can be used for large organization by extending transmission range. Can be transmitted in more Languages. We can broadcast by Screen with voice. Information broadcasting by fixing speakers at various places. Applications: Notice broadcasting in collage campus. Broadcasting instruction at public places like fairs, mine. In Hospital. Advantages: It reduces paper work. Cost effective. Less power required. Easy handling. Powerful GUI. No training required. Low Maintenance. Require small space. Less manpower required.

Disadvantages: Frequency may be vary. Noise Disturbance may be occurred. Cannot useful for secrete information. Software & Hardware Description: In this we have made a software for Text to Speech converter by using Java platform. And FM transmitter as Hardware and it has sufficient battery backup.
