    BEST PHOTO CONTEST

    1. All participants must come from the RTRMF-CN batches namely the Lepidolite, Kunzite, Jacinth and Iolite. 2. Each batch must have 2 contestants. 3. Each contestant is entitled to only ONE entry (a total of 2 entries per batch). 4. All entries must depict ONE of the following concepts: a) Bayanihan b) Kahirapan/Korupsyon c) Beautiful Spots d) Tunay na Pag-ibig e) Pagsalungat sa Batas Note: All pictures MUST be taken within the scope of Leyte. 5. Each entry must have a TITLE depicting the chosen concept. 6. Entries must be 8r in size. 7. Captions must include the following information: a) Date b) Location 8. Entries copied from an internet source will be disqualified and sanctioned for plagiarism. Points will also be deducted from the batch. 9. All entries must be submitted on or before August 21, 2011(Sunday). Submit all entries to Ms. xxxxxx (BSN 4D Iolite) or to Ms. xxxxxx (BSN 3 Jacinth). 10. Entries submitted AFTER the deadline will have a deduction of 5% 11. Entries will be judged according to the following mechanics: Creativity and Innovativeness Coherence to the Concept Peoples Choice TOTAL 35% 45% 20% 100%
