    The sessions cost 3 per person


    (support workers and carers may give a donation)

    The sessions are for anyone who would like to explore moving in their own unique way. We use different styles of music and a variety of props, supporting people to gain confidence, learn skills and develop creativity in a physically accessible and socially inclusive environment
