Pluralsight - FAQ

1. What are the key advantages of Plural sight? Pluralsight offers video based trainings. The Training content is authored by renowned MVPs and authors. The catalogue supports learners with different proficiency levels and supports those who will traverse the learning journey from Basic to Advanced skill levels. Plural sight offers video based hands on experience. Courses can be viewed on an iPad / iPhone, Android and Windows 7 Phone 2. How do I access Pluralsight? Associates will get an email with the User ID and Password to access Pluralsight. It will be sent from the following mail id - Pluralsight Support [mailto:auto-mailer2@pluralsight.com 3. What is the duration of the User Account? Your User Account will be valid for a 2 week period only. 4. Can I extend the learning beyond the 2 weeks duration? This option is currently not available. 5. Do I receive learning Credits upon completion of the training program? Yes. As this type of Learning is categorized under the Supplementary Learning mode, you may have to raise a request to your Supervisor and he/ she would approve the same. 6. Can I share or Reuse the contents? No. The content cannot be reused or shared. The content should be used only for individual learning and development. 7. Is there a limit on the number of courses I avail during the 2 weeks period? You can complete as many courses as you can in the given time slot. However, it is mandatory to complete at least 2 courses in the given time slot 8. If Technical issues arise, what are the steps to be taken? Support issues are handled by a world-wide support team based out of Pluralsight offices at Utah. The support can be reached at- support@pluralsight.com 9. What if I am unable to utilize the course due to external factors? We encourage associates to plan their learning in advance and request for user access to the Pluralsight at a time when they will be able to make effective use of access. In case there are unplanned contingencies due to which the access cannot be utilized, the user is requested to send a mail to their respective Academy Service Manager 10. Where can I view the updated list of courses?
