freezer.
Peel,
seed
and
dice
cucumbers.
Place
in
colander,
sprinkle
with
a
pinch
of
Seasoned
Salt,
and
let
drain
for
30
minutes,
pressing
occasionally
to
remove
water.

medium
bowl,
mix
cream
cheese,
scallions,
cucumber,
dill,
and
seasoned
salt.
You
many
add
more
salt
to
taste.
Pull
bread
out
of
freezer
and
lay
12
slices
(wheat
or
white)
on
cuSng
surface.
Spread
2-3
tablespoons
of
mixture
on
each
slice
of
bread.
Top
with
another
slice
of
bread
(white
or
wheat).
Using
oset
bread
knife,
cut
o
crusts
(eat
those),
and
cut
the
sandwiches
into
triangles,
squares
or
rectangles.
Arrange
on
plaYer.
Garnish
with
fresh
dill
and/or
lemon
zest.
May
be
made
one
day
ahead,
but
be
sure
to
cover
&ghtly
to
prevent
bread
from
becoming
dry.
