Pasta tht ngui

Nguyn liu: (4-6 ngi n) (2 ngi n th ch nu 200g pasta l )


- 150g tht ngui - 50g parmesan bo vn (khi dng mi bo) - 1 c hnh ty nh - 50g b chy (hoc t hn ty khu v) - Mui, tiu - 500g pasta

Cch lm:
- Luc pasta n al dente. - Thi tht ngui thnh tng ming vung nh. - Thi nh hnh ty. - Lm nng b trn cho, cho hnh ty vo o 2 pht. Cho tip tht ngui vo o u 2 pht. - Cho pasta ro nc vo, o u. Thm mui, tiu cho va v mn. - Cho pasta ra a v rc parmesan bo vn ln.

Salad khoai ty kiu c


Nguyn liu: (3-4 ngi)
- 6 di tht xng khi - 1 qu trng luc, thi lt - 3 cups khoai ty luc thi ming nh - 1.5 tbs ng - 1/2 tbs bt ng - 1/4 tsp mui - 1/6 cup (40ml) dm - 90ml nc lc - 1 tbs hnh l thi nh - rau mi trang tr

Cch lm:
- Ct nh 3 di tht xng khi, 3 di nguyn. Tt c cho vo cho rn n khi tht chn vng nu th gp ra 3 di tht nguyn ra ring. - Trn chung ng, bt ng, mui, dm, nc lc ri t t vo cho rn cng vi nhng ming tht nh, quy lin tc n khi hn hp st li. - Cho khoai ty luc chn v trng luc thi lt vo bt, ri hn hp st nng trn ln, cho hnh l vo v trn nh nhng cho u. - Dng rau mi v ming tht bacon to trang tr cho mn salad.

Pasta vi sp l xanh
Nguyn liu: (2 ngi)
- Pasta (ty chn, nhng mn ny nn dng loi pasta dng ngn, khng phi dng si di) - 1 ci sp l xanh, c trung bnh, thi ming va n - 11/2 tbs du liu - 1/4 tsp t bt kh (mnh khng c sn loi t bt kh nn mnh dng paprika, t cay hn nn n cng hp hn) - mui, tiu - 15g parmesan bo vn

Cch lm:
- Luc pasta n al dente. ra r cho ro nc ri cho li vo ni luc gi m cho pasta. - Luc sp l xanh trong nc mui nht n khi brocolli chn, khng luc k qu. - Cho du n vo ni hoc cho, b pasta v t bt vo xo khong 3-4 pht n khi sp l chn mm v thm u t bt l c. Thm mui, tiu xay cho v mn va n. Cho pasta luc v parmesan vo, trn u.
