DIRECTIONS TO BALAI SA SAN JUAN RESORT:

1. Head for Lipa City on the Southern Luzon Express way and via Star Tollway.. 2. You will take Ibaan exit; when you come out of Star Toll Highway, turn left under the bridge and head for Ibaan/Rosario. 3. You will pass a triangle (keep left towards Rosario Town). This road is headed towards the church. 4. You will pass another triangle but keep RIGHT 5. You will pass by Rosario Town proper. Keep on going. 6. You will see a big arch that says Shell Batangas Racing Circuit (dont enter). Stay on the main road (sharp left but not a turn - might be a dangerous curve if you are driving fast). 7. As you enter San Juan town, you will pass by a couple of clay pot stands/factory. You will pass by a Petron Gas Station and Dunkin Donuts on your right. 8. When you see the Municipio and Police station of San Juan on your right and a covered gym on your left, make a right turn on that corner. 9. After approximately 4 kilometers from the town,you will pass an arc BUHAY NA SAPA 10. You will pass another arc PUTINGBUHAGIN. 11. Straight ahead, you will see a Balai Resort sign on your right and a waiting shed on your left (beside the waiting shed is an enclosed waiting shed). Make a left turn on that road. 12. You are now entering Barangay Putingbuhagin. Parts of this road becomes rough and narrow. About 1.9 kms from the turn, you will see another waiting shed on your right and a street post that says to beach to the left and to hang-over if you go straight. Make a left turn on this corner. 13. About less than 1 km from the corner with the to beach sign, youll reach a Tintersection that has a sign that says: Casablanca private property. Make a right turn, about 1.1 kms from the turn, you will pass Aliyah resort ,go straight don,t left turn and you will see the white flag going to Balai Sa San Juan Resort.WELCOME TO BALAISDAAN!
