SCOPE OF MANAGEMENT AUDIT 1) The present organisational structure is reviewed in relation to current and prospective demand of business and

study must relate to aims and objectives of enterprise. 2) It includes the study of present return on investor capital. Whether the return is adequate, fair or poor. 3) Management audit also requires the study of relationship of business with shareholders and investing public in general. 4) Financial planning and control is also a part of the management audit. 5) The review of the production and sales function is also an important part of the management audit. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Management Auditor holds a strategic position. His or her goal is to optimize the allocation of resources through account analysis and to establish indicators for tracking activities and procedures.

Principal Activities: As Management Auditor, the job will be to create project management tools. To do this, he/she will: Develop management tools and methods Design tools for decision-making and measuring effectiveness. He/she is also responsible for organizing the development of resource allocation throughout the company. Anticipating and identifying the difference between goals and results Suggesting corrective actions with quantified objectives Evaluating the companys activity. Equipped with a strong sense of organization, management auditor is a true professional and brings a sense of objectivity and impartiality to the job. He/she will develop strong abilities for analysis and synthesis, especially in the preparation of documents.
