    MONTHLY REPORT JULY 2012

    FOUNDATION LEVEL ENGLISH LANGUAGE CLASS (3.00 TO 4.30 P.M)

    1. This class was taught the syllabus from unit no 7 to 12. 2. Test no 2 unit no 4 to 8 (formative evaluation) was given and marks were noted. Since this test is the part of overall evaluation system. So it would be shared with the complete details after the summative evaluation. 3. The list of the trainees with their attendance record has already been shared.

    FOUNDATION LEVEL ENGLISH LANGUAGE CLASS

    (4.30 TO 6.00 P.M)

    1. This class started just before the holy month of Ramadan. A list of 22 participants was shared with me but only 3 trainees appeared on the first day for the orientation session and this continued for 4 days but the number of trainees remained the same. 2. I sent an email to circulate the messages on mobile for the new class but only 1 or 2 new trainees came in the class. 3. At the moment I have 2 to 3 trainees in this class. 4. I think a new class should not be started in the month of Ramadan. 5. Since there are less no of trainees, this class should be restarted after the Eid.

    TEFL (TEACHING OF ENGLISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE) SYLLABUS


    Along with the classes I have also been working on TEFL and collecting the materials to design a syllabus for its two month course. I have completed 30 to 40 % materials on this and it may be ready after Eid.
