GNOCCHI WITH PORK AND SAGE

120 gr semolina gnocchi 1 cup pork sauce 1 pc parsley sprig heat up the pork sauce, add to it the hot gnocchi and toss present as in picture

PORK SAUCE cup olive oil, 1 kg cubes of pork filet ends, 2 pc chopped red onions, 1 clove garlic, 1 pc whole table celery diced small, kg sliced carrots, 2 cups white wine, 3 pc blended fresh tomato, 2 pc bay leaves, 5 leaves sliced sage, salt, pepper, sugar Heat up olive oil and saut onions and pork cubes, add then celery, carrots, sliced sage and bay leaves. Cook for 10 min on low fire. Deglacer with white wine and add tomato. Let cook another 10 min on low fire, rectify seasoning with salt, pepper and sugar.
