    Maximum Megahertz Project Olaf needs to get down to the root cause or causes to why the project is four months behind and why the project needs an additional $800,000 and six months to complete the project. By getting down to the root cause, Olaf may be able to save the project once some issues are worked out. One issue that Olaf needs to check out is why some managers feel that the battery problem they are facing will never be solved. With this negative attitude present by some managers it could trickle down and hinder the project. If Olaf is able to give the managers more resources or bring in more help to address this problem, then it could help the overall project be a success. After finding the root causes that lead to the project getting behind and overcost, Olaf should take note and figure out how to plan so these issues do not surface on future projects.
