Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula & philosophy with traditional aqua tness disciplines, the Aqua Zumba class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout thats cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

Water Pilates
Tuesday & Thursday 7-8 pm
Water Pilates combines the resistance and uidity of movement in water with the core exercises of Pilates. Pilates uses several exercises to strengthen the core muscles, improve exibility, increase joints range of motion and create lean muscles.

BOOT CAMP H2O

Boot Camp H2O aquatic tness is a HIGH INTENSITY water tness program that provides the benets of a pool, with little to no impact on joints and expands lung capacity, as well as the benets of weight and resistance training of a traditional gym.
