    Vincents College Second Annual Golf Tournament sponsored by Lord Chamberlain a Huge Success Stratford, CT The St. Vincents College Second Annual Golf Tournament, held at Oronoque Country Club in Stratford on September 10, 2012, was a great success. The proceeds from Mondays tournament will benefit the St. Vincents College and Facilities Expansion & Renovation Fund. Last years inaugural event raised more than $30,000 for the Fund, and the excellent turn-out for this years tournament bodes well for the proceeds to surpass last years donation. Martha K. Shouldis, Ed.D, President/CEO of St. Vincents College, stated, We are extremely grateful for the leadership of James Bergers (Administrator of Lord Chamberlain) and Martin Sbriglio, CEO of Ryders Health Management, in helping us to expand our programs and facilities to meet growing healthcare needs. With a record enrollment of over 800 students, St. Vincents College has moved ahead with expansion plans, including the addition of new classrooms, laboratories and student learning spaces. Participating golfers enjoyed spectacular early autumn weather, and good-natured competition was evident among the golfers, many of whom participated in last years event. The tournament was followed with a festive Awards Banquet and Dinner, at which many prizes were awarded. Next years event is already in the planning stages, and the date will be announced soon.
