    About the speaker:

    IAIP is pleased to have Ram Kedlaya, Founder and CEO of Group Tminus, a leadership development company based in Silicon Valley and Bangalore. A graduate of IIT Madras and US universities, he has had a multi-faceted career in Silicon Valley Startups and global companies including Microsoft, Hitachi, Motorola and AT&T, as Founder, Consultant, Board member and Executive with business experience in 17 countries. He is also a Leadership & Life coach trained by the International Coach Federation, USA and has coached leaders in Motorola, Microsoft, Cisco, AT&T, DCM Shriram, TCS, Maxim Semiconductors, mid-size companies, startups, etc. in US and India.

    He travels extensively and shuttles between his 2 homes in California and Bangalore. His current company, Group Tminus, partners with Organizations - on Innovative Strategic Initiatives and Global Leadership Development, to enable them to be world-class.
