Stir Fry Recipe by Punn YR7 Green house 2012

Equipment:
Stove Cutting board Knife Wok Spatula Bowl Plate Peeler Utensils

Ingredients
1/3 of a carrot 1 Cauliflower 1 Broccoli 2 pieces of baby corn 3 breast of chicken 1 tablespoon of oil 2 cloves of garlic Half an onion 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

1 teaspoon of soy sauce Some soup

Preparation:
Wash the baby corn, broccoli, carrot Place the garlic under the knife and smack it down to make the shell fall. Also, beware that you need to cut the top part out otherwise your Stir Fry will be a disaster. Cut off the top of the carrot and cut it the way you want Take the shell off the baby corn and cut it in small pieces Get the cauliflower and cut the ends of it, then, cut it in pieces that you like. Make the soup Also, cut the broccoli in small pieces Chop the chicken breast into pieces Get the oil, oyster sauce and soy sauce ready You can do all the steps in any order but cut the onion last because it might make you cry

Recipe:
1. Pour in 1 tablespoon oil. 2. Put in the garlic, ginger and onion in followed by the chicken breast 3. Stir until it is fragrant 4. Add the rest in 5. Pour in 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and half a teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce 6. Stir for a few minutes

7. Add some pepper 8. Close the stove and you are done with the stir fry
