Being healthy is one of the characteristics of a good leader, so the health sector should be one of the most crucial ones to be prioritized. For example, there are many NGOs which have been trying to help poor Cambodian people especially children who are the future leaders of Cambodia. They have been to rural and poor areas to inform about how to live, eat and drink healthily. Hospitals have been built in almost all provinces to ensure that every Cambodian person can get access to health centre. To sum up, education is not the only aspect to be prioritized in a countrys development. Economy and health sectors also play vital roles because people need to have basic needs before the intellectual need.
