    The court is divided across the center by a net. This is suspended from the post at the side of the court, and should be 1.52m in height at the center and 1.55m in height at both sides.

    SHUTTLECOCK The shuttlecock shall be made of natural and/ or synthetic materials. From whatever material the shuttlecock is made, the flight characteristics generally shall be similar to those produced by a natural feathered shuttlecock with cork base covered by thin layer of feather. The shuttlecock shall have 16 feathers fixed in the base.

    The racket shall be a frame not exceeding 680mm in overall length and 230mm in overall width consisting of head, throat, shaft, and the handle.
