Weapon s Long Sword

The Queen of weapons used in the late middle ages and early renissance. It is the foundation of all armed combat, as princiles of the longsword can be applied to any hand held weapon.

Messer [Long Knife]

The Common mans fighting blade. It is the foubdation for all one handed weapons. Used at a closer range than longsword or staff, messer fighting improves your reflexes and defensive abilities.

Dagger [fighting knife]

The weapon of ambush and last resort. Small baldes have been used throughout history. Defending against a kinfe is one of the most desperate situations a combatant can face.

Staff
The swordsmans worst nightmare. Combining reach, speed, ease of use and raw power the staff is a devestating weapon. A staff can easily reach any target more so than any handheld weapon. Staff fighting teaches body awareness and forces one to defend themselves from head to toe.

Improvised Weapons
The best weapon is the one you have right now. Using the principles learned from traditional weapons, and object can become a tool with which to defend yourself. From an umbrella to a water bottle or briefcase.
