Dear General King, I am requesting the appointment of a special prosecutor for the above matter. The reason for this appointment is the-possibility that this office might have an existing conflict in the prosecution, of this case. Claimants for this property include Thomas Carmichael, an attorney who practices in this county, and his mother Wanda Carmichael, District Attorney Charles Baker, who is the District Attorney for this district, considers both Mr. Carmichael and his mother to be friends.
