TYPES OF CUTS
Wedges Dices Slices Triangle Shreds

HOLDS
Bridge hold Claw Grip

DONTS
Dont be in a rush when you are cutting. Dont talk to others when you are cutting. Dont put your fingers in a position where you can cut your fingers. Dont cut your food on just any table top. Dont do any cutting unless teacher gives you permission to Dont put your fingers in contaminated areas Dont put your fingers on or in non food substances.

DOS
Use the proper knife when cut food. Cut slowly and with focus. Cut the food on a cutting board. Cut the food properly. Wash the cutting tools after you finished.

WHAT WE LEARNT
We learnt the different types of holds like the bridge hold and the Claw Grip. Also the different types of cuts we learnt are Wedges, Dices, Slices, Triangle and Shreds.
