Release of Service Book, Release Order and Last Pay Certificate with correct date of and the amount accrued as provident Fund with interest

Sir, This is to bring it to your kind notice that the judgment dated 14.7.2009 by the Honourable Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta and the Honourable Justice Md. Abdul Ghani had directed the concerned authorities of Bakhrahat Girls High School to hand over the following: 1. Release Order with release on and from 26.02.2004 2. Service Book showing the correct date of release 3. The LPC (Last Pay Certificate) with the correct last day of service (25.02.2004,afternoon) in this school 4. Regularization of the service by releasing the amount accrued as Provident Fund with interest I have received none of the above till date. You are requested to kindly do the needful for delivering the same and regularizing my service immediately. A copy of the judgment is enclosed herewith for your kind perusal. It may be mentioned that intimation had been given on 07.09.2009, though nothing has been released till date. Your kind co-operation is highly solicited in redeeming the prolonged suffering of a teacher.
