Pineapple and Sugar Cane Problem In James Michener's Hawaii, whip Hoxworth grew pineapples and sugar cane on the island of Kauai. Let p be the number of thousands of acres planted with pineapples, let s be the number of thousands of acres planted with sugar cane, and let D be the number of dollars profit made, total, in a year. Answer the following questions.

d, Hoxworth has 600 laborers. It takes 10 laborers for each thousand acres of pineapple, and 30 laborers per thousand acres of sugar cane. Write an inequality. and plot.

e. There are 15 trucks available for shipping pineapples and sugar cane. It takes about .4 trucks per thousand acres of pineapple, and about .5 trucks per thousand acres for sugar cane. Write and plot an inequality for this requirement.

f. To assure the right ratio of crops, the land devoted to sugar cane must be less than twice the land devoted to pineapples. Write and plot an inequality for this requirement.

g. What is the maximum feasible profit?
