1.0 Purpose:
This document establishes how to investigate a chat colluder in a Sit and Go (SNG) and Multi Table Tournaments (MTT).

4.0 Policy:
1) Once you have paused an account for collusion, make sure you have resolved the case within 72 HOURS. Any account trapping, reimbursements, and emailing are to be completed within 72 hours of pausing the account. 1) If an Email Agent has not done so, send the complainer ir.collusion. 2) Create a folder for the case on your U:\ drive. 3) Take ownership of the case by filling out the appropriate information on Case Assignments.xls in [S:\COLLUSION TEAM]. 4) Run a Tournament hand history lookup on the suspected colluder and review the chat. 5) Email the complainer col.1C and fill out the Result/Response column in Case Assignments.xls if theres not enough evidence and the chat does not heavily affect the game. 6) If the chat heavily influences the ranking and money placement, the investigator should start an RFA as per [Request For Action Fund Transfer]. 7) Send the following templates and fill out the Result/Response column in Case Assignments.xls: a) col.1F to the cheater.
5.0 Procedure:
Tiltproof Incorporated b) col.1H to other players involved. 8) Notate the colluders account with: Player <username> has been issued a warning for violating the rules of the game by attempting to induce an action of another player that may possibly influence the outcome of the standings in tournament # (or hand history #). If this player commits the same violation again, their chat is to be permanently revoked and all winnings from the tournament are to be forfeited.
