List of Points to be mentioned in Partnership Deed:

Company Name and Address Partners Name and Address with Signature Nature of Business (Ex: Manufacturing and Sales of Cotton) Starting date of the Deed ( The deed come in to effect) Should mention the Firms Place, If it is shifted or added any where Capital of the Partners Any Addition or drawing of the Capital, It should be made with the consent of all the other partners. The partner cant assign or Sell their shares without concern of others. No Partner can be admitted without concern of others. In case of death of any partner, the firm will not be dissolved; the remaining partner will carry on the Business. Partner should give 3 months prior notice of the Retirement. The books of accounts should be closed in 31st march every year. Liability of the partners is joint & several for the outside borrowings for the purpose of business. Witness- All Partners signature.
