SCREW CONVEYOR SIZE: 490 X 525 MM X 13.5 MTR. LONG.
A) FIRST (TOP) CONVEYOR - SIZE: 490X 525 X 7000 MM LONG (INITIAL 1250 MM LENGTH IN SS-316 CONSTRUCTION) 1) Body : 490X525X7000mm long, made from 3.15mm thick SS-304 sheet. First 1250 mm long portion will be in SS-316 MOC. Side support will be of 8 mm MS with inside SS-304 cladding. 2) Screw : The central pipe will made from 100NB Sch.40 pipe and flight will be of 490 mm dia. X 3.15 mm thick. Initial 1250 mm portion will be of 250 mm pitch with SS-316 MOC. Remaining portion will be of 400 mm pitch with SS-304 MOC. Screw will be fully smooth welded on pipe. 3) End Bearing : Suitable end bearings with SS-304 solid rod shaft support with both ends drive provision. Additionally 1 No. Teflon bush hanger bearing will be provided at center. 4) Discharge : Discharge port will be of 450 mm from side. 5) Top Cover : Removable top cover made from 1.6 mm thick SS-304 sheet with proper handle. 6) Finish : Weld joints ground smooth and inside SS surface mirror finish and outside matt finished. B) SECOND (BOTTOM) CONVEYOR - SIZE: 490X 525 X 6500 MM LONG 1) Body : 490X525X6500mm long, made from 3.15mm thick SS-304 sheet. Side support will be of 8 mm MS with inside SS-304 cladding. 2) Screw : The central pipe will made from 100NB Sch.40 pipe and flight will be of 490 mm dia. X 400 mm pitch X 3.15 mm thick. Last two flights before discharge will have 6.5 pitch. Screw will be fully smooth welded on pipe. 3) End Bearing : Suitable end bearings with SS-304 solid rod shaft support with both ends drive provision. Additionally 1 No. Teflon bush hanger bearing will be provided at center. 4) Discharge : Discharge port will be of 450 mm. 5) Top Cover : Removable top cover made from 1.6 mm SS-304 sheet with proper handle. 6) Finish : Weld joints ground smooth and inside SS surface mirror finish and outside matt finished.
