1. Charge Sucragel CF with propeller mixer. Add remainder of phase I individually slowly (as if creating a W/O emulsion). Heat to 70C. 2. In a side beaker, heat carnauba wax to 70C until uniform. 3. Once target temperature is reached, add carnauba wax to main. 4. Sift in Corn PO4 PH B to main. 5. Allow batch to cool to 50C. 6. Add phase III indivually. 7. Force cool.
