minutes) Kait Ashley Alyson Sean Kenny Presentation on Steve Roggenbuck by members Emily Scott and August Smith October Events Decisions: We will do a movie night for Halloween o We will dress up as literary figures o October 30th, Tuesday at 8:30pm (mingle movie will start at 9) Alyson will reserve the room Kaitlin will get the food 2 gallons of cider 30 doughnuts Catherine will make pumpkin bread Movie = the Raven There was some debate on this o Perhaps the Shining instead? Ashley and Kaitlin will watch the Raven this weekend and let us know if they approve Kalani will send an email to all professors to get them to mention it in their classes Ashley will start to make flyers for the event and will advertise via social media

Elections: We want to hold another election to fill positions o 1 event planner (in addition to Kenny) o 1 communications officer (possibly in addition to Kalani) o WSA representative (if someone doesnt want to, Alyson will handle) Catherine will contact Dr. Minnick about getting a new pole started online Advertise elections: o Alyson will get information on flyer designing o Election will be on October 11th cut off for applications will be this date o Flyers will be done ideally in a week o Ashley will emphasize social media

Deadlines for nominations are October 29th If any eboard member would like to be nominated, please contact Catherine and look at the Sigma Tau Delta website o Get the information together by our second eboard meeting of October

Miscellaneous Everyone should continue to hit reply all when responding to emails between all of us so that we keep everyone informed Steve Rogenbuck (sp?) o We will be talking to Dr. Minnick about bringing him to WMU in early November o Alyson will handle coming up with a budget and getting it funded by WSA o He will be one of our November events Tyler Smith o New applicant who showed up to our general meeting he is going to contact us about another speaker to bring in o Kalani will forward the email and let everyone know when he contacts us
