2012-10 Community Center Plan Flier
2012-10 Community Center Plan Flier
We invite all Forest Ranch residents to provide their ideas on how to make the Community Center a place to enjoy
Recently Forest Ranch has seen an increase in use of the Community Center, providing a central meeting location for the Fire Safe Council, Lions Club, FR Womens Club, BEEP, yoga, Womens Sew & Craft, Monte Carlo, Family Fun, Food & Flowers, Annual Chili Cook-Off, FRCA Board/General meetings, memorial services, Pancake Breakfasts, family reunions and other meaningful events. Recent improvements to the Center and the grounds have included new flooring, touch-up painting and new color on the interior window trim, outside clean-up days, the addition of Wi-Fi and new event signs. We want your participation! How can we make the Forest Ranch Community Center truly a place for you? Truly a place to strengthen our sense of community? We want to hear your ideas! Please help us decide how to make the Center an inviting place to gather. We are seeking your suggestions on the following:
Style and theme what design elements would you like to see that offer the most flexibility for use? Updating the outside furniture what style and construction? Where could a fire ring be located? Where would exterior lights be most useful? How could we depict the history of FR and the Community Center? Is there Interest in an Internet Caf (weekly / biweekly?) What other ideas would bring you to the Center? How might we offer displays of local art and artists? Would you like to see general interest classes (art / dance / crafts) offered?
Please write down your suggestions and drop them in the Green Box at The Store or mail them to: Center Improvement Project (CIP) Forest Ranch Community Association PO Box 381
