DISCOVERED BY: Home Owner NATURE OF SERVICE REQUEST: Military Ordnance (inert hand grenade) discovery and disposals ACTION TAKEN / RESOLUTION: Recovery and proper disposal ASSISTING AGENCIES: ATF FBI MSP OTHER Charles County Sheriff's Office ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The home owner discovered several pieces of military ordnance (hand grenades) while cleaning out storage inside the house. The Charles County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and requested the State Fire Marshal's Bomb Squad. Upon examination of the ordnance, it was determined the grenades were inert. The ordnance was recovered and taken for proper disposal.
