Vegetable Curry

All that goes in! Carrots 3 (dice them) Beans take a bunch, 15 20 Onion 1 small Potatoes 1 if big 2 if small (dice them) Green peas optional Chillies 2 (slit) Corrainder powder 1 tsp Chilli powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder tsp Garam masala - tsp Mustard seeds thoda sa Curry leaves - 5-6 Corrainder leaves Oil 4 tsp How its done!

Take your pressure cooker, add 4 tsp oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and chopped onions, before it becomes golden add all the powders. Stir for 3 mins Then add diced potato, carrot peas and beans. Try to dice them in equal cube like pieces. Stir them for another 3 mins. Add half cup tomato puree, salt and 1 and half cups of water. Mix. Close the pressure cooker properly. Add in medium flame, do whistle ke baadh me keep it aside and open only after 5 mins. Added chopped corrainder leaves and masth veg curry ready. Time: Since you very particular about time, pressure cooking is the best option koi jhanjat nahi hai.. ekdum easy. This recipe wud take around 15 mins of kaam and then rest the pressure cooker will do, no stirring nothing! Chopping 5 mins, Mixing everything inside the cooker 8 to 10 mins and then kaam khatam sirf listen to that whistle. Ok. This would go best with chapathi And if you are making iss quantity mai toh you will have enough for the next days lunch too. Muuaahhh.. Happy cooking!!!
