    Thank you for submitting your work to the call for entries! By submitting your work, listed below, you understand that any work accepted will be displayed for sale at the Gail Pierson Gallery. We ask Artists to set a price for the amount they wish to receive back for the sale of their entry. That amount is subject to approval by the Gallery. Once that amount is set, that will be the only commission received by the Artist. The Gallery will set the final sales price. All sales proceeds above the agreed Price to Artist will be contributed to the Animal Alliance of Cape May County. A donation of the Price to Artist to the Animal Alliance of Cape May County is also very welcome, but is not a requirement for this Exhibition. About the Artist

    I understand that the Animal Alliance of Cape May County and the Gail Pierson Gallery take every precaution to protect and secure the items submitted. I agree to hold them harmless and to indemnify them against all claims resulting from losses. I understand that the Gail Pierson Gallery will retain the right and license to reproduce all accepted artwork as an image to be used in posters, advertising, brochures, online and in undetermined venues for the purpose of promoting the exhibit, only for the duration of the exhibit.
