An Act Including the Teaching of Spanish Language in High Schools of the Philippines Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. The teaching of Spanish language is hereby included as one of the possible subjects in all the high schools, either public or private, of the Philippines. The Secretary of Education shall take the necessary steps to comply with this provisions as soon as possible. Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, February 26, 1949
