    Ray Walter is working hard to keep our children safe not just in our community, but online too. As an Erie County Legislator, Ray drafted the first local law combating cyberbullying. In his first year in the Assembly, Ray fought for and won a measure requiring those guilty of cyberbullying complete an educational program on its serious consequences. Ray also strengthened the Dignity for All Students Act for our schools, requiring the program to address cyberbullying.
