1) Who is a leader?

A leader is a person who guides others toward a common goal, showing the way by example, and creating an environment in which other team members feel actively involved in the entire process. A leader is not a boss. 2) What makes a good leader to you? For me, a good leader is also a good follower. A leader is a role model to his members. A leader always listens to his/her members. A leader can able to motivate his/her members.

3) Based from the speech, what were the qualities of a leader shown to us by Dr.Martin Luther King Jr.? Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was a good leader to his fellow men. He had shown great confidence while delivering the speech. He had guts to stand in front of thousands of people and say his speech not only for the negro people but also for the white people. One quality that he also portrayed during his speech was he had able to communicate efficiently. Another one is being courageous.
