Dilip Tak, Village post Jaliya First thesil Beawar Distt Ajmer, Rajasthan for selling country liquor in rajasthan Through all RSGSM depot of Rajasthan for the year 2012-20113 Terms and Conditions are as follows: 1- Company will dispatch the country liquor to all RSGSM depot instruct by you timely. 2- After reaching goods to RSGSM depot with in twenty days that consignment should be liquidate and bill must be clear with in a month 3- After three month minimum 4- At the end of the month both the party reconcile the statement. :: 2 :: 5- All jurisdictions will be Nowgong Distt. Chhatarpur (M.P.) only. 6- If any problems arise then we will cancel the agreement by one month notice and settle the accounts before cancel the agreement clear your account. 7- Security money and license fees will be deposit with in ten (10) days, from today. 8- Till our agreement exist the profit & loss will be 60:40 sale only ( 60% will be born by company, 40% will be born by agent ) :- Received from the Party 25.0 (Twenty Five) Lac through Demand Draft:1- Rs. 20.0 (Twenty Lac) thorugh D.D. No. 706479 and 2- Rs. 5.0 (Five Lac) through D.D. No. 706480 dated 18.08.2010 made by Punjab National Bank K.F. Road Gandhi Nagar Patna (Bihar) and the remaining Balance will be paid within 10 days.
