ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 1. Passed FCPS part I in General Medicine or granted exemption 2. Have completed 02 years in General Medicine 3. Those who have passed FCPS part-II Medicine can also apply

Application forms can be obtained from UBL Baba-e-Urdu Road, Branch from 27th Sept, 2010, on payment of Rs. 1500/- (Non refundable) Application forms should be submitted along with all required documents of eligibility in the same UBL branch. Last date for submission of application form is 8th Oct. 2010. Entrance Test will be held on Friday 15th Oct. 2010 (Venue & time will be mentioned on admit card). Candidates if government servants, should apply through proper channel with an advance copy to the Admission Cell, DUHS No TA/DA will be paid neither accommodation will be provided to nay candidate. The applications received after the last date will NOT be accepted.
